Freak Wardrobe

En el outfit de hoy hablaremos de Ash, [Satoshi en japonés], el entrenador pokemon por excelencia.


Ash es un luchador nato, protagonista de la historia originada en la serie Pokemon. Cuando un buen día se levanta con la edad de 10 años, descubre que es su momento para convertirse en entrenador, pero no uno cualquiera, sino en el mejor entrenador que jamás se hubiera visto. Por supuesto, sus planes nunca salen bien a la primera y, cuando lo hacen, son constantemente interrumpidos por el inoportuno Team Rocket, que no les impide continuar su aventura.


Echémosle un vistazo al outfit que hemos escogido.

- Un par de pantalones vaqueros, imprescindibles para nuestro personaje.
- Una camisa blanca y un chaleco azul marino de lana, intentando cambiar el look deportivo de Ash por algo más arreglado, aunque informal.
- Un cinturón rojo, para darle algo de color.
- Converse azules, unas zapatillas que, en mi opinión, sirven tanto para sport como para ir algo más arreglado.
- El toque pokemon lo añaden los gemelos con forma de pokeball, sin ser algo demasiado vistoso, pero bastante identificativo.
- Finalmente, una boina que, en este caso, está hecha a mano por un fan. No se trata de la gorra original, sino más bien de una boina de entrenador pokemon, pero creo que le da el toque más formal a toda esta vestimenta.

Today we're goint to talk about an ouftit inspired by Ash [Satoshi in Japanese], the main pokemon trainer.



Ash was born to be a fighter, and main character in the Pokemon series. When one day he wakes up and he's 10 years old, he realizes that it's time to become a pokemon trainer, but not just a pokemon trainer, but the best ever seen. Of course, his plans are never resolved at once and, when they do, they're always interrupted by the untimely Team Rocket, but they never can stop his adventures.


Let's take a look to the outfit we've chosen.

- A pair of denim trousers, essential for our character.
- A white shirt and a navy blue cotton made vest, trying to change the sporty look of Ash, giving him a tidy but informal look.
- A red belt, for giving him a touch of colour.
- Blue Converse, sneakers that, at least as I think, do the same as in a sporty look than in a formal one.
- The pokemon touch is given by a pair of cufflinks with the shape of a little pokeball, without being very flamboyant, but quite recognizable.
- Finally, a beret that, in this case, was hand made by a fan. It's not the original cap, but a pokemon trainer beret, one that I think give a more serious touch to all this outfit.
